A La Carte Menu
Place setting for up to 200 guests. $8/place setting. Includes china, silverware, glassware and napkins.
*Note every wedding is required to have a day-of coordinator. Coordinator must also be present if using venue day prior to event for rehearsal

What is included in the Intimate Wedding rental?
Up to 50 attendees Indoor/Outdoor ceremony options. (We will set up and break down your floor plan)
Bridal Suite and Groom’s Lounge
16 hour day of property access, must be done by 11pm
Tables, Chairs, and Bistro Tables based on your floor plan
Access to Rosewood Farm catering kitchen
Access to Rose and Crown Pub
Access to Décor room
Time prior to your event date to ensure all the details are set for your gorgeous day (provided based upon availability).
Fully customizable lighting and sound for your ceremony and reception
Post-event cleanup
Intimate wedding experience available Sunday – Thursday only.
We require 40% of venue fees paid up front to reserve the date. Remainder is due two months prior to your event. Rosewood Farm requires a $500 damage deposit due at the time of reservation booking to cover any incidental or damage expenses; the deposit is refundable after your event.
Alcohol, catering, security and bartenders not included in packages. Rosewood Farm can provide a preferred vendor list, event insurance required. Certified, insured bartender required when alcoholic beverages are served. For your peace of mind, on-site security is required.
