Deposit

Rosewood Farm requires a $500 security deposit to cover any incidental or damage expenses that will be returned to you after the event. We require 40% of the total booking fee at the time of booking to secure your date and time. The remaining balance will be due two months prior to your event. We also reserve the right to request a credit card on file for any damages to the facility or grounds.

Does Rosewood Farm require a day-of coordinator or planner?

Yes. Every wedding is required to have a day-of coordinator. Coordinator must also be present if day prior to event is used for rehearsal.

Do you require Event Insurance?

Yes, Rosewood Farm requires all hosts hold event insurance policies with a minimum of $1M in coverage.

Can I stop by for a tour?

Yes, we would love to see you. Rosewood Farm is a working farm, so we might be roaming the grounds with horses or a tractor. Please reach out to schedule a time to meet with us so we can make sure we’re all looking tip-top. Please email us at [email protected] to set up a tour.

How do I reserve a date?

After a tour of the grounds, our staff will work with you to choose a date. We will send you a contract with all the details of your event. Once the signed contract and deposit have been received, your date is secure. Dates are reserved on a first-requested basis.

What payment methods are accepted?

Our preferred method of payment is a check. Checks can be mailed to us at Rosewood Farm 609 Cookston Cave Road, Whitwell, TN 37397. We also accent major credit cards with 3% (estimate) added to total.

Can I have a rehearsal?

Yes. Noon-9:00 pm rehearsal time Friday is included at no additional cost for a Saturday Event. For Days other than Saturday, we will do our best to work with you to find an additional rehearsal time before your special day.

Can my pet(s) walk me down the aisle?

Yes. Please reach out to venue host for details.

What Is your policy on vendors?

You may use the vendor of your choice, but they must be licensed and insured. We are happy to refer you to our preferred vendors or you are welcome to bring your own team.

What facilities are available to caterer?

Newly designed catering kitchen has extensive preparation space with ovens and stoves to prepare previously cooked food. We have a commercial warming closet as well as an extra-large commercial refrigerator and freezer. Kitchen is designed to accommodate indoor and Al Fresco dining options.

What is your policy on alcohol?

Our full service Pub provides beverage service both inside and outside to optimize entertaining options. You may serve wine, beer and champagne at your event (we require that you use a bartending service with appropriate licenses and insurance). Please discuss with us your ideas and needs.

Is there Wi-Fi? What about cell phone coverage?

Yes. We have open Wi-Fi networks. We provide an IPad and Sound system for your DJ.

Do you have decorative items I can use to support my wedding vision?

Yes. We offer décor room access free of charge.

Do you provide linens, china or flatware?

Yes. For an additional $8/place setting fine china, silver flatware, and glassware. We provide tables, chairs and tablecloths at no charge.

What is the rain plan?

In case of rain, we can help you design a layout that will accommodate your wedding vision. We have a 20’ x 40” marquee tent available if you desire an outside ceremony.

Is the property accessible to those with disabilities?

Yes. The main level and restrooms are fully accessible. We have a drive-up drop off at the barn’s main entrance and nearby parking.

Where do guests park?

We have ample, level, convenient parking.
